UK Deliveries

We aim to dispatch all orders received by 1pm on the same day. Orders received after this point will be dispatched the next working day.

Orders are sent using either Royal Mail Second Class or a courier firm of our choice.

UK Standard Delivery 3-5 days £1.95

Please allow 3-5 working days for standard delivery from the date you receive your order dispatch confirmation email. If you order still hasn't been received after 5 days please contact us and we will contact the delivery agent to track down your package.

A signature may be required, therefore we ask you where possible to please use a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel. If it is more convenient you can amend the delivery address during checkout to an alternative address such as your work place or a neighbour’s address. There is an order notes box during the checkout process where you can advise us of a 'Safe place' if you know you are not going to be home to accept the delivery. Please ensure this 'Safe place' is however accessible, safe, secure and there is adequate protection from the elements.  We cannot be held responsible for any items that have been requested to be left in a 'Safe place'.

UK and international returns
We hope you will be fully satisfied with anything you buy from us. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we offer a no-quibble 30 days returns policy. Please email us to request a Returns Authorisation Code to include within your return. Items must be returned unused and in a re-saleable condition, with the original swing tags and packaging attached, exactly as received. 

Returned items, unless defective, damaged or not as specified on your order confirmation, are returned at your own expense. We recommend that you return any items using a fully trackable delivery service. Refunds cannot be issued if a returned order has been lost in transit and fails to reach us. Proof of postage alone is not proof of receipt.
Under the Consumer Rights Directive (CRD), you are entitled to return an order for a full refund, including the original delivery charge of £1.95 - providing you are returning your entire order and you have informed us in writing within 14 working days of receiving it. Please note that we do not cover return postage. Return postage using an appropriate service as stated above is the responsibility of the buyer, namely you. If you made the original order using the next day delivery service, we will refund only the standard delivery charge of £1.95. 
Please ensure you return your order in a timely manner and safely packaged. If returned items are received in a damaged condition we reserve the right to make a deduction from your reimbursement for loss in value of the goods.
We endeavour to issue a refund within 2 working days of receiving a return and we will send you an email to confirm when the refund has been issued. 
In the unlikely event that your order has been received in a faulty or damaged condition, or not as ordered by you, we will arrange with you to have the item either returned or disposed of.  If a replacement item is required this will be sent out free of any delivery charge. If an item has arrived damaged please do not dispose of it before contacting us. We will not be able to issue a refund or send out a replacement without photographic evidence of the damaged item.
